Yes it does. I have been using it for a while and i really think it has worked well on me.

Well, I have tried the Neutrogena's Orange Oil Free Wash, and for me, didn't work so well. But of course, it varies among the person's skin. I use this cream called Benza Clin, and personally I think it works very well. However, you'd have to get it prescribed by a doctor.
