Please if someone bought this product or knows someone who uses it does it really work? And is it worth spending the $140 it costs? Is it only for like zits and pimples or for acne thats on the face? Please help.

i have never used it however my daughter has bad acne and she uses proactiv...that works great...so does tea tree bar soap..
