I have acne all over my forehead, chin, and nose area but mostly on my forehead. I pick my pimples a lot, even though I'm not suppose to, and there are scars there now. I have blackheads near my cheeks. I have a scar on my nose. ITS HUGE! There is this huge discolored part that surrounds my eyes, i think it might have been sun burn from a long time ago.
I need help with what i should use.
Please helpHow to treat acne, skin discoloration, and scar?
If the injury is not serious and you are not an idiosyncratic man, you shall take care about your diet. Please do not drink or eat spicy foods. You shall eat more fish, pig skin with full of collagen food; moreover, the fish soup or pettitoes soup is quite help for the healing and regeneration of the wound.

i had horrible acne, i tried everything. birth control really made a huge difference. cleared my skin up all the way. i had bad scars i read aloe vera and vitamin e are helpful to scars. if you go to a store and buy vitamin e gel pills and use a knife to break one open and apply the oil to your skin for an hour before bed then wash off with soap and water. it helped my skin looks a TON better then it did.
acne sucks good luck
Hi there,
I found some great information on
http://www.acnescarstreatments.com/
I also used the product (zenmed) they recommend and the skin eraser did wonders.
Good luck
It would probably be a good Ideal to see a Dermatologist for the acne problem. That is something that they can treat very effectively and inexpensively. As for the scars, if they are indented scars it will take laser treatments, believe me I have been there, done that. They are the miracle we have waited for. If they are not indented scars get the doctors to give you a prescription for a bleaching agent. The over the counter ones are not strong enough. And make sure you use a VitaminC serum, not Vitamin E.
