Hi, I had really bad acne in my previous pregnancies. I mean...REALLY bad. I would love to try to prevent or at least minimize it this time around. Any good and effective suggestions??Best way to aviod/treat acne during pregnancy?
I read salicylic acid is bad to use during pregnancy, although I used it with my son and didn't have any problems.
Try the AcneFree system (in the orange box). It's the only thing that's actually worked for me, pregnant or not. It's benzoyl peroxide based, which I read in What to Expect... is safe for pregnancy.
You can get it at Walgreen's. It's like, 20 dollars a month.
