Take zinc, vitamin b and drink plenty of water.Do this for at least up to 3 months and you will notice the diff.Don't just do it for 1 month and stop.It will take some time.What is the best acne pill to take to help treat acne?
Before you take any meds for it I would strongly suggest you eat yogurt every day for a week.
It has cured 4 people that I know who have tried it and failed to cure one.
It is sure a healthier way to go if it works for you.
