On my upper chest, I have a bunch of pimples or something and they look really bad but I don't really feel them. It seems that if I try to wash them or touch them when I'm taking a shower, they might hurt a tiny tiny bit and I get these red spots like I'm being irritated.
Also, it seems that the skin on my chest is a lot thinner than it should be. How do I get rid of them? Thank you.How to treat pimples/acne on the upper chest?
Well if it really is acne and not a rash, try a product by neutrogena. Its a body wash for acne prone skin. It contains salisic acid which really helps in fighting acne.
Also, you may wanna apply an acne cream to them before bed, just to help with the healing process. But its not necessary.
If it isn't acne, then I suggest you make an appt with a dermatologist. How to treat pimples/acne on the upper chest?
they usually occur after too much heat. i get those, and after a week of cooling down, they recede.
also avoid alcohol, acids, and chemical solutions.
some steps to take:
1. use all natural oils and herbs. They are very powerful and work better than peroxide and acids.
2. Take flax oil on a regular basis. Walmart has them.
3. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. It flushes your system from impurities and toxins that form pimples.
use neutrogena body wash. or just use regular neutrogena acne wash on your chest when you shower. make sure you wash it well with antibacterial soap. soap
