lot of water! - drink it

exfoliate and moisturize after showering
wash your body alot in steming hot water then close all of the pores by switching the water to really really cold
wash your face with acne pads and lemon juice

the lemon juice might burn but it gets rid of acne and it's close to a natrual botox
read tips on treating acne, skincare and home remedies on this site
1. Drink lots and lots of water!

2. Don't eat foods that you know will cause acne (chocolate, fatty foods, etc).

3. Once or twice a week, mix salt and lemon together in a cup of water and apply it to the affected areas. Don't forget to shower it off after.

3. Try not to bother your acne, like picking at it with your fingers, since you never know what kinds of germs you have on your hands and that will only make the acne worse.

4. Tanning out in the sun dries out your acne.

5. If you use a moisturizer on your body, make sure it's oil free.

Good luck! :)
they have body washes for acne. I am not sure who makes them but I have seen them before.
There is a colloidal called Liquid Silver that is great for clearing acne quickly. It is not a drug and is inexpensive. Under ';sources'; I have included a web address that will take you directly to a page where you can read about acne, testimonies from people that have used Liquid Silver to quickly clear their acne, and directions on how much Liquid Silver to take under your tongue, to mix with water and spray on your acne, and how often to use this product. A colloidal goes under the tongue as it quickly enters the blood stream and helps your body fight the bacteria that creates these infections.

For some reason the web address is not printing out completely under sources, so after the word ';scar'; put a period and the letters htm.

Good luck!! :)
