How do you treat back acne?

Soon it will be homecoming and I am planing to wear a strapless dress, The only problem is that i have a big issue with some back acne! I have short hair so it wont cover it up and it is very embarrassing! Any suggestions for treating all of it in about 1 month?How do you treat back acne?
i went to the dermatologist about a year ago for acne on my face/back and she told me to buy this face wash called cetaphil, you can buy it at any store really. i use it everytime im in the shower on my face %26amp; back and i have no more acne :] hope this helps.How do you treat back acne?
i use this soap in the shower for another condition, but it says it works for body acne. its like a soap bar and it like $6 at the pharmacy by the face washes. its called panoxyl and you use it like a soap AFTER you wash, because its not actually a soap even tho it works like one. i think it will work like one. its actice ingredient is benzoyl peroxide.
Hmm... one month is pretty short but you could try a couple of things. For one, I had bad back acne and tons of blackheads on my nose so my Dr. prescribed me 100mg of minocycline HCL daily, which takes effect after about 14 days but it can take a bit longer to get rid of the breakouts that occur before it kicks in. I would try to get some sun, it dries the skin and definitely helps. Plus, your skin will tan which makes the acne less noticeable! good luck!

Just take a shower every day and try using acne wash on it. If all else fails just dont wear a strapless dress. I have some too and im a swimmer so like everyone sees it. I have just learned to live with it though
