You can find some good information on acne here http://hort.net/+1i5r also treatments and other stuff like natural remedies. What is the best way to treat acne scars and blemishes?
The best way to treat acne is to use creams.Or go to your doctor and tell him to give you medicine.Trust that will help you a lot.So please give a try.
Go to a dermetologist. And ask for Klaron cream for in the mornings and differin cream at night. and then there is this face wash cloth i use at night called plexion. or something like that and it takes away scars. But if you can't gop to the derm. then there is this face wash you can get at wal-mart or ne where wutever its called cetaphil. its not expinsive and it works GREAT and its doesnt dry out your skin or anything like that. all off this as worked for me and i never break out anymore
Treating acne scars will probably require some assistance from your dermatologist, depending on the severity.

Retin-A is a good short-term solution for refining skin and making it appear smoother....unless the scars are really severe. However, you can only use that for a limited amount of time, and this can also cause alot of potential irritation to your skin.

Microdermabrasion is also a good choice for mild scarring, but can be really expensive and requires on-going, monthly treatments to be really effective. (Locally, those are $90 per treatment, so one or two treatments every 30 days really begins to add up!)

There is something relatively new called IPL (I think that stands for Intense Pulse Light...or Laser, not sure which). I understand that is an extremely effective treatment, but it can be painful, cause bruising and swelling that may be difficult to hide (if you have to work or whatever), and I'm not sure what all it treats. But I know re-texturing and reducing redness (as with rosacea) are some of the conditions it is supposed to improve.

Chemical peels may be an option, but again, you need to see your doctor on this. Together you can figure out which is the best alterntive for you.

As for treating and preventing ongoing blemishes, one of the best skin care lines I have found is Murad. They have kits for acne, sensitive skin, aging skin, reducing redness....so much more than I ever realized from their infomercials. I currently use a combination of the redness kit with the acne kit...and I'm getting some wonderful results!

There is much more to acne than superficial skincare though. Contrary to what many dermatologists will tell you, DIET DOES MATTER! If you're consuming power drinks (like Dr. Enuf), or shellfish, or even many natural ';health'; foods that contain caregeenan or kelp or other ingredients high in iodine....THIS CAN CAUSE ACNE EVEN IN PEOPLE NOT NORMALLY PRONE TO IT...AND IT MAY CERTAINLY CAUSE CYSTIC ACNE IN THOSE WHO ARE PREDISPOSED....

If you are taking any sort of hormones, those are a possible culprit. Many asthma medications can also cause severe skin issues.

Your haircare, shaving, or other toiletries and cosmetics could also be a huge factor. Check out www.sageskincare.com for a list of ';safe'; products to use, and ingredients to be on the look-out against.

Basically, it is up to you to be the detective and be diligent to identify and remove any triggers, and take care of yourself and your skin to get back on the track to good healthy skin. But it can be done, and little changes can produce huge results!

Acne can't be cured, but it CAN be controlled. Even severe cystic acne.....

There is alot of wonderful information available at www.dermadoctor.com. Or check out www.murad.com for some of their products....

Good luck!
use something called Black %26amp; White cream. its a bleaching cream that gets rid of discolored skin. it only works for and changes the dark spots
ex foliate ?? 驴驴 ..go to a dermatologist if u have tha cash and get laser surgery done..its about 2000 dollars.. but if u cant afford that then pray.
Facial peels work pretty good. So do normal department store creams. If you are looking for something that you know for sure will work and is right for you skin type go to a dermatologist.
