What are some things to help prevent and treat acne?

Like what things can i buy at the store to help treat or prevent acne?

Like wipe pads or facial cleaner? Or toner? lol idk!

but please help meWhat are some things to help prevent and treat acne?
I've been there, done that.

but one thing you SHOULD NOT do it get proactive.

it doesn't really work, at all.

If I were you,

go to neutrogena.com

and click on ';teens'; if you are a teen,

and take their test there.

NOT THE SKIN ID TEST.

go to the section ';facial care and acne';

scroll down ---

and take the test called ';featured: know your skin';

take the test as HONEST as you possibly can

or it probably will not work out well.

after you have taken it

write down what they said you should get and do,

and go buy it at almost any store.

(DO NOT BUY IT FROM THEM, its much too expensive)

go to walmart or walgreens or rite aid even.

its cheaper ;DD and works.

What I do is, use the stuff they advised me to use

for my skin and acne (exfoliating cleanser, toner, and moisturizer)

and i get facials every three to four weeks.

ever since then, i have been nearly ACNE FREE !

also, use the Neutrogena庐: 2-In-1 Fight %26amp; Fade Gel Rapid Clear

for if you have stubborn scars and or need of spot treatments.

You should try it, that's EXACTLY what ive been doing

for the last couple of months, and plus

what would it hurt you right?

good luck ! and hope this helps. What are some things to help prevent and treat acne?
First, do everything you can have to keep your skin clean and oil-free. Wash your face with a light liquid soap every night before you go to bed and dry it with a clean towel. The enemy here is bacteria. If you use the same towel every night and don't clean it, you're almost guaranteed to build up bacteria on the towel and cancel out the washing you just did. So, use a clean towel.

Next, make sure you keep clean sheets and pillowcases on your bed. That might seem unrelated, but it's actually very important. As you sleep, your face may be in contact with your pillowcase for long periods of time, making it easy to transfer and build up bacteria and oils on your skin. So, keep your bed linens clean.

Third, use a hypoallergenic laundry detergent. Don't put detergents and fragrances on your skin that will keep it irritated and red.

Fourth, drink lots of water throughout the day. Water helps wash toxins out of your body and cleans your cells from the inside out. The more you drink, at least 8 to 10 glasses every day, the better chance you'll have of beating acne.
Proactive works the best for me. I buy it at the mall. At Wal-Mart or a store like that, Neutrogena has good products. Try an exfoliating scrub %26amp; then a lotion with an acne fighter in it. Toner is optional; I've never seen results with it. Good luck!
I like to stay away from the pads and chemicals and go a more natural way. Not only does it clear it up, i think better, but it also costs so much less.

heres some tips for that

Calamine lotion has a drying effect so you can apply it overnight and wash the next day. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
