Wash your face with Cetaphil Anti-Bacterial Soap and also use St.Ives Apricot Scrub for Blemishes %26amp; Blackheads. Also, use the Clean %26amp; Clear On The Spot treatment.

Good luck =D
baking soda or sugar works (mix with water then scrub on face
proactive. you can find it on the web
There are many ways of solving skin and acne problems. Everyone's skin is unique and what may work for you may not work for others. There is nothing like the best product that works for everybody. The same product that someone could rave about could fail to work for you. With pimples, people cure it with a few main methods.

Salicylic Acid

Sulphur

Benzoyl Peroxide

Almost every acne product that you can think of, whether Retin A, Proactiv, Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, Ambi... whatever. They all contain either one of these three active ingredients. It is to identify what active ingredients and what regimen work for you. Good Luck. Then read the reviews and see what you think. I went through Proaactiv, Murad and different treatment until I finally found out that my skin responds best to Salicylic Acid and most importantly, Sulphur. I use a sulphur mask from DFF and it seems to be working well. Until then, I was wasting TONS of money on products costing from $3 to $75 a piece and still seeing no results. So if salicylic acid cannot help you, it wont matter if you buy the $3 Walgreens brand, a $5 Neutrogena or Clearasil brand or a $75 physicians' brand.
