try them all one by one but the best thing that works for me is to wash my face with oil free acne wash pink grapefruit facial cleanser by neutrogena then on a cotton ball apply some (depending on your skin) clean and clear astrigent for acne its a blue liquid for sensitive skin. astrigents help close your pores and take out any dirt excess amke up and oil. then apply a cream idk what would really work for you but ask.
if it is dry type with no pus- t retinoin- retino a 0.025/0.050
wet with pus-benzyl peroxide-benzacne benzac
