What is the best way to treat feline acne?
Does your cat eat and drink from a plastic dish?
If so change to a stainless steel or glass dish and it will clear up. With plastic..after many washings the protective coating is washed away and this can cause the acne on the cats chin.
I had 5 cats and had this problem and changing the dishes cleared it up.What is the best way to treat feline acne?
my cat has had problems with this in the past, %26amp; a vet told me not to use plastic dishes for their food %26amp; water.
It's helped tremendously, but she still gets the occasional blackhead. What is the best way to treat feline acne?
I am not sure i know what that is, but if you are referring to a sort of dandruff that cats have, adding a spoon of olive oil per day in their meal helps.
Acne as in a pustular dermatitis? Feels like small scabs on the skin? If so read on-
This is typically caused by an atopic allergen, basically anything small enough to be inhaled which presents as skin lesions. I live in a very high allergen area and one of the top things I see cats in my clinic for is allergies. Typically it is a seasonal thing to deal with, unless it is someting indoors, they can be allergic to everything we can. Many will argue with treatment regimines but hands down Depo-medrol is the best treatment. Prolonged continuous use will decrease kidney function but periodic use is not damaging to that extent. Basically it is a steroid that redcuces the inflammation, it is given as an injection, about 10mg for a cat, and tends to work for upto 6 weeks. Often one shot will seem to last a year because it protects the cat during the allergen season. It is available in an oral form known as prednisone, which can prolong the effects. However not many people enjoy giving a cat a pill, haha.
So think back on the acne and if it tends to occur around the same time of year and yoiu may have your answer. Good luck
One of my cats had a problem with feline acne a while back. My vet prescribed an antibiotic that I gave him daily. He also told me that I could clean the affected area twice a day with benzoyl peroxide acne pads. Those can be found at any store. They are the same pads that people use for breakouts (Oxy, Clearasil,etc.). Just be sure that you get the ones with benzoyl peroxide as the active ingredient. The other kind will be to harsh for your kitty's skin. Definitely contact your vet about getting the antibiotic prescribed. If you do both, the acne should clear up fairly soon. Good luck!:)
Do you use plastic dishes for the cat's food or water? If so, switch to glass, ceramic, or stainless steel bowls, and wash them regularly, and the acne should clear up. You can also get a medicated scrub from the vet to speed up the healing process.

Does Neutrogena Deep Clean treat acne?
More specifically, the Invigorating Foaming Scrub with the blue beads.Does Neutrogena Deep Clean treat acne?
Neutrogena has always worked for me. I unfortunetly do not know about the exact type of item you are talking about, but I know you can count on Neutrogena.
I use the Neutrogena Wave every other morning, then wash off with a hot towel. (Helps open up pores)
I use the Apricot Scrub one a week.
Neutrogena should work. You have to understand though, that it takes a few days to see results. I hope this helped.Does Neutrogena Deep Clean treat acne?
it will help. My best advice is to (if your not to manly to do so) use this stuff called aztec secret healing mask mixed with apple cider vinegar. It stinks but works wonders.

Well I know that it works for mild acne....but if you have severe acne, NO I don't think it would work. Neutrogena also has there own acne treatment....If you go online to Neutrogena.com they have a test to help you determin your own special kind of acne for your skin type. Try it out I've used it and it works so well. GOOD LUCK.
only if it says it does.
try neutrogena on the spot. works wonders for me.

What is the best way or product that can reduce or treat acne?
The best products that have worked for me are Murad, Acne Free, and Noxzema. Ever since 6th grade to now, I have tried so many different acne products but nothing has worked better than Murad, Acne Free, and Noxzema.
About two years ago, I don't know what happened to my face, but it was in the worst condition it had ever been. I was breaking out badly. My pimples were huge, they hurt, and felt more like spider bites on my face. These type of pimples continued for about an year. It was so bad, I had huge pimples on my face the size of quarters which would leave brown spots on my face when and if they healed.
I gave Murad a chance and I'm glad I did. Within a week or two I started seeing my face clearing up a bit. Both acne and some of my brown spots on my face were either reducing in size and color or rid of fully. After a month though, the Murad seemed to stop working, I didn't break out, but I also noticed my face was no longer clearing up so I switch to Acne Free.
Acne Free, within a week, started getting rid of more of acne, and now I hardly break out at all. If I get a pimple they are small. Acne Free though does not seem to clear up the brown spots but it sure does keep me from breaking out.
Both Murad and Acne Free involve a three step process which I don't have time in the mornings to do, so that is when I use the Noxzema. In the mornings I washed with Noxzema, and in the evenings, I washed with Acne Free. (I only used one kit of Murad since it stopped working, so now i use Noxzema and Acne Free.)What is the best way or product that can reduce or treat acne?
%26gt;sleep as early as possible
%26gt;drink plenty of water
%26gt;avoid touching your face
%26gt;rub ice on your face everyday (it makes the pores smaller, which helps prevent dirt to go in the pores)
%26gt;eat banana (i heard that this helps prevent pimples)
best product?
clean and clear for facial wash.
i have also tried this other product once it says ';better than clean and clear'; or ';improved clean and clear'; something like that. i don't remember the name... sorry..

Go to a dermatologist. He can recommend some medicines for you that will work specifically for what you're dealing with.
Proactive works for me
i use a product from neutagina its called ACNE FREE i use it 2x a day morn and nite. it comes in 3 stages. 1-cleanser 2-toner 3- renewing lotion. its a wonderful product and it only cost around $20. u can get it at walmart or your local pharmacy. u can also get the terminator for about %26amp;7. it works fast on the breakouts that u already have. they will be gone in less than 24 hours. it works like proactive but proven to work better for less money. i love it and i use it everyday.
Dont consume milk products like cheese, butter, curds etc.
they encourage acne.
i have experienced it.
Isotretinoin is a medication used for the treatment of severe acne. It is sometimes used in prevention of certain skin cancers. It is a retinoid, meaning it is derived from vitamin A and is found in small quantities naturally in the body. Oral isotretinoin is marketed under various trade names, most commonly Accutane or Roaccutane (Roche); while topical isotretinoin is most commonly marketed under the trade names Isotrex or Isotrexin (Stiefel).great makeup

Has anyone ever done major procedures to treat Acne scars?
I have moderate acne scarring (mostly on my cheeks) and now that I can afford it, I would love to fulfill my dream of finally having great skin after being cursed as a teenager. Anyway, I periodically get a microdermabrasion series which is not dramatic but is a worthwhile replacement for standard facials....I am curious to hear your experience if you have ever tried anything more involved like fraxel laser, cooltouch or anything else I dont know about. Were the results worth it? If you had mild to moderate scars are the gone now or was the treatment temporary? Also, what was the realistic investment for your whole treatment. I have been researching like crazy but all these doctor websites wont give pricing without consultation. The websites that do seem somewhat less professional so I dont trust it. Thanks in advance!Has anyone ever done major procedures to treat Acne scars?
Yes, I'm curious too, I would love to hear people's expreiences since I have acne(and I notice a lot of scars!). But I heard about a drastic procedure called Dermabrasion done at a laser surgeon's office(I think...I'm not sure actually)Has anyone ever done major procedures to treat Acne scars?
I went to see a Dr. about the Fraxel Laser the treatment cost 2,700 for 5 treatments. I'm in the process of saving money to have it done. I will let you know how well it works. Report Abuse
I researched different procedures for my college age son. His acne scars are also on his cheeks and just a couple deeper pitted areas.
The microdermabrasion helped some and also acid peels.
We had a consultation with a well know plastic surgeon. He recommended dermabrasion. It appeared to be the answer but it was too invasive at this time. The cost was approximately $5K. The recovery is much longer- about a month. It is imperative to stay out of the sun permanently. Your face will be like new pink baby skin. This may be ok for females who can wear makeup, but my son elected to wait and try something else.
We will continue to research laser treatments as the next step.

What should I use to treat acne marks and scars?
Sleep on a clean pillow case every few days, you can put tea tree oil on it at night, use the mint julep mask twice a week. That really helps. Also make sure you exfoliate twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells. Make sure your cleanser has acne medicine and most importantly drink plenty of water. That will help the most. I used to have problem skin, but now it is smooth and clear. I also put baking soda mixed with water on my face and take a shower. it helps to exfoliate. That is what makes it baby soft. Good luck. What works for one person might not work for others. Using witch hazel as an astringent also helps some people. I know the baking soda will get your skin noticeably smooth right after you do it.
I do the baking soda thing right after work on MWF. I do the Mary Kay micro dermobrasion twice a week and Loreal Adult Acne Peel twice a week. My skin was breaking out like everyday, but now it is looking great and the spots are almost gone! What should I use to treat acne marks and scars?

One thing, how long have you had them? Because depending on how long you have had them, they may not be scars, they may be hyper pigmentation, which looks like a scar but it should fade away after the pimple is gone after a few weeks, maybe a month. But if it is a scar, try proactivs skin lightening stuff, or a scar lighten from london drug or something like that

How can I stop my acne or treat it?
I am 17 and all of my life I have had fairly clear skin and only breaking out when it was around my period, but now I have been getting a lot of acne, and I don't know why or what to do. I have recently switched to a different face cleanser just to try something different....should i switch back? I have also been exercising more, could that affect it? Is there anything that I can do with my diet (like foods to prevent breakouts)? Thanks! How can I stop my acne or treat it?
Good diet.
Avoid dairy(milk and milk products), red meat(includes beef, pork, lamb meat or anyother form of red meat)
No alcohol, no drugs, no smoking.
Eat fish and chicken in moderation, should be boiled though or roasted without oil.
Drink lukewarm water with one lemon squeezed in it on an empty stomach every morning.Dont eat / drink anything else for an hour.
An hour later eat apples (2-3). Wait for another 30-60 minutes and resume your day.
Avoid refined carbs (white bread, pizza, white super polished rice) though you can eat whole grain bread.
Eat more green leafy vegetables.
Eat apples, guavas, oranges or sweetlimes, more sources of zinc, vitamin C and fibre.
Drink 15-20 glasses of water everyday
Early to bed and early to rise. Good sleep of 8-9hours.
Dont sleep on your face, keep the hair off your face as well any time of day.
Working out may give chin acne, as sometimes it causes hormonal fluctuation. So exercise in moderation for example slow running or slow cycling or swimming is good something that wouldn't cause you to pant.
Good luck. How can I stop my acne or treat it?
Yes, switch back, if the outburst started when you switched cleansers. If the two events are unrelated, try a more medicated treatment like Proctiv. My friend uses that and it really does work.

Good luck as I know what it is like :) My face was eroded 2 weeks ago and now I have maybe 4 pimples on my face which are barely noticable....How do you remove blackheads and treat and prevent acne?
Go get a microdermabrasion.
It totally sucks up and remove whiteheads, blacks and all pending acne.
It's fantastic.
I used to use that cosmetic products for acne, but i didn't get good results. i think that the best thing to do it's to go to a dermatologist so he can tell you the best treatment for your skin, because all skins have different characteristics.
the best thing to do would be to buy ProActive and use it 2x a day for the next 2 weeeks and beyond as it will prevent future acne...it will def clear up the blackheads in a matter of days...and the rest will go tooo!!! I have the same problem and finally decided to buy it (again) and it truly does work the trick is doing it everyday!!
It's fantastic.

see a dermatologist, wash your face 2-3 times a day with anti bacterial face soap, leave it on for one or two minutes
If you鈥檙e looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne鈥?prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it鈥檚 advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is: http://www.acne-treatment-medicine-1.inf鈥?/a>
Wash face with antibacterial liquid soap, foam up face with warm water, then rinse with hot to open and cleanse pores, then rinse with cold water to close up pores.
Afterwards put aloe vera on face to keep it clear.
U will see a difference immediately.

Hi
Some times its better to rely on home based remedies for skin ,acne and hair problems. Try this link it sure did help me so here goes,
http://www.wellnesstalk.org/3_25_0.html
good luck
i have tried EVERYTHING over the counter, followed directions exactly, and am still struggling with it. the only thing left for me to do is see a doctor, so i would have to say that from experience, sometimes professional help is the only thing that works.
Any dermatologist would recommend not touching them. Keep your skin clean and dry. Your doctor can prescribe various medications. A mild drug that often works is Minocycline (an antibiotic). Another, strong but potentially dangerous medication is Accutane (a very strong drug that cannot be used in potentially pregnant women, causes severe drying of the skin and is liver toxic so enzymes must be check monthly). Mostly acne is caused by hormones and will get better with age.

Does Cetaphil cleanser work to treat acne?
It doesnt treat acne, it is a mild clenser that will not aggrevate or further dry skin that is being treated for acne.
Can hand sanitizer be used on the face to treat acne?
OMG! NO! Hand sanatizer contains alcohol in it, it could dry your skin out and cause acne to spead. Try something that has benzol peroxide in it, a face wash (preferably). Can hand sanitizer be used on the face to treat acne?
Don't know this treatment until you try it! I have suffered from acne for over 30 years - tried it all. I began using Purell with Aloe 6 days ago and my face is completely clear - not even one blackhead and my face is so soft! Report Abuse
Can hand sanitizer be used on the face to treat acne?
Acutally everyone is wrong ';Yes'; it can be used for Acne treatment. ( Guys, I dont know about girls.)
It will work Excelent you will see a differnece within a few days.
It will burn I doit! directly after I shave so i dont break out!!!.
Works great it will burn. I doit all over body. Report Abuse
I wouldn't think so. If you are after something natural, try anything Tea tree based, or give Witchhazel a go. Both with clean pores and dry the skin.
No! The safest anti-acne chemical to use on the face is either benzyl peroxide or Salicylic acid.
nooo that wouldnt be such a good idea. im guessing you have quite oily skin if youre considering this...try the clearasil ultra range. the gel face wash and that little rapid treatment cream or sumtin. it works i bought both of them 3 days ago and like it ses on the box my skin is getting clearer. well none of my spots stick out anymore, they arent as big, theyre not sore any more, ther not as red...ther r jst some tiny red ones and now its better because my foundation looks great and covers the few spots that ther r up rele well cos ther flat. hope this helped..great makeup

I've tried everything oxy, Clearilsil, even the the medicine the docter told me to use didn't work. Right now I'm useing Oxy it works but it damanges my skin. Sometimes I just don't use the acne stuff for at least 2 days and the acne seems to go away then I use the acne treatment and it seems to work!. But I suggest u don't do that not unless you want oily skin for 2 days. I used to use salt water to get rid of the acne and that worked to. (The salt water at the beach).
Some people are just norn with acne-prone skin. I have quite the same problem, and nothing ever thoroughly works. However, as of late I have found that C.O. Bigelow sells a great line of facial treatment products and face washes! They sell some of their stuff at Bath and Body Works, Bed Bath %26amp; Beyond and other stores. Otherwise you can orer directly from C.O. Bigelow online. Here is their website: http://www.bigelowchemists.com/. Now, I prefer their Gentle Oil-Absorbing Clay Cleanser, which is a great facewash. Feel free to browse the site though and experiment with a few of their sample tubes. They really have been one of the few things I have recently come across that actually work! Good luck!
Hi I looked up some possibitlites for you to try I hope this information will help you. Good Luck!
OK lets be real, acne's a b**** and it's the worst thing to get over but its not impossible. The best thing out there for it right now is Acutane, but, it is not for everyone that's why it is only obtained by a Dr's prespription. Some people tend to be allergic to the medicine, for a few percentage it does not work for, but usually it does, for everyone, even though after you stop using it the acne comes back, like with every other medicine after the treatment is over. It is really harsh on your body though, for women they can't take contraceptives or have kids due to some serious problems that can occur while taking it, other people experience horrible peeling and dryness.
Apart from all this, i used to have acne, apparently not bad enough for Acutane (according to my dermatologist) but it was still bad (at least i thought it was), so i was recommended this over the counter medicine called ';Nature's Cure';. They have two medicines, one formulated for men, and another for women, and among these they have the topical creams and face washes as well as pills that work from the inside out. I personally tried the cream and face wash. Since i started using it i have yet gotten another pimple, seriously, my face is progressing miraculously, alot of the blemishes are gone, almost all. Smooth skin, it does dry it a little bit but barely, everyone's complimented on it. A few more weeks and my face will be completely clear. To help with this i also get facials done, everyonce in a while to help with the deep cleaning, which helps alot to remove stubborn clogs and blackheads and so forth.
I know not all of these over the counter medicines work for everyone, like myself that i've tried Proactive and Murad and all those things and i actually got my face worse due to them. But this one worked, see if you can find it in a neighborhood pharmacy or drugstore, or supermarket (which some of them also sell them), or online in their website.
About a diet, the main cause of acne is not your diet, eating chocolate or drinking too much soda, it's an old wife's tale, BUT a good diet will prevent excess oils in the skin which will clog pores and cause breakouts.
The main cause of acne are your body's hormones, we can't fix those with a change in diet. For me i go to the gym about 5 days a week, and excercise, this helps your metabolism break fatty acids that may affect your hormone production, as well as providing an overall well being for the body and get you nice and fit, a little blood to the old pump is sometimes the best remedy for current health problems as well as future undeveloped ones.
Stress is another factor that people a lot of the time don't consider, it does affect your acne because too much stress will trigger hormone production in the body and well you know the rest. Try to take life easily, i know sometimes it's hard but you gotta try, for my stress, excercise wipes it all out, and it usually does for a lot of people so think about it.
Well i hope this helps you and good luck with what ever you end up trying.

Is this is a good way to treat my acne?
I have whiteheads around my nose, and I'm thinking about using these methods
- Rinse with hot water, apply lemon juice on acne, wait 10 minutes, rinse off with cold water. (do this for about 2 weeks)
- Apply honey to face and pat until sticky, leave in place for 5 minutes and rinse off.
I got that from a friend so idono if they're good :PIs this is a good way to treat my acne?
Whiteheads are difficult to remove by yourself and you shouldn't remove them yourself...it must be treated by a dermatologist. Your dermatologist will just prick those and give you a regimen to take home.
you can also use a keratolytic...tretinoin...but it's still best to visit your dermatologistIs this is a good way to treat my acne?
This should actually work, infact the lemon juice should work on its own, just make sure that when you wash off you get rid of all residues, best way is aftershave or perfum (alcohol based)

What's the best way to treat/prevent acne?
It's really not that bad, but i'm still self-conscious about it. I wash my face everyday, at least once. I use this deep cleansing stuff but i still manage to get a little bit of acne. Whats a good, inexpensive way to help treat it?What's the best way to treat/prevent acne?
-Don't touch your face! You might do this without knowing it, fixing your hair, scratching your nose. Touching your face is a major cause of facial blemishes.
-Greasy foods do NOT contribute to acne, but let's face it, if you eat like a slob your gonna get grease on your face.
-Cut down on hair products(hairspray, gel, mousse, etc.) that come into contact with your face
-Make sure your shower gels, shampoo's and soaps are ';Non-Comodegenic'; which is a fancy way of saying ';oil-free';. Also be careful of shampoos and condidtioners that contain ';Laureth sulfate'; this aggravates your face.
-Change your pillowcase often. Your hair which may be dirty rubs against it, then you roll over and your face rests in it for hours! Shower before bed to ensure you go to bed clean and don't let oil and dirt sit in your pores for the whole night.
-Wash your face after every meal, and when you wash your face, wash your hands first really well. No use in washing your face with dirty hands, even if they don't look it
-Lastly, wash your face as often as possible! Nothing rigorous that might aggravate your face, just a light wash as often as possible, and a good dry.
None of these tips cost any money, if anything, you should end up spending less money. As long as you aren't diagnosed with bad acne, the only reason you have it because you aren't keeping your face clean.,.,.,.,.Hope this helps! What's the best way to treat/prevent acne?
Proactive solution, the best
The best way to maintain your skin is with this formula mix 50% warm pure honey and 50% natural almond oil.Apply 20 minutes before bedtime ,then wash off with warm water.
The natural treatment for acne involves adopting natural lifestyle and using only the natural products. With the herbal mask, you can easily prevent the symptoms associated with this disease like irritation, pain and pus formation. Make a poultice from the leaves of herbs and apply on the problem areas. This will gradually lessen the eruptions and prevents further scarring of the face. You can also make a face pack from the turmeric and almond powders and apply it on the face since turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and kills bacteria. Honey face packs can also reduce acne.
i would say looking online for homemade masks and exfoliating scrubs that you can make to clear up your skin. maybe you need to use a spot treatment like clearasil or the clean and clear stuff. i used a benzol peroxide spot treatment from neutregena at night and that seemed to work pretty well. i like making the different masks that i find online. sometimes they work and sometimes they dont but most of them have worked pretty well. the blackhead strips by biore worked good on my nose too.
Apply slices of tomato on your skin; the pulp of the tomato has astringent properties, which can prevent acne. More home remedies available at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html
I have acne and I have tried everything to help it. I used to use proactive, but then I didnt think it was working so I have tried other things as well. I started getting facials, which reeeally started to help, but that can get kinda pricy. Luckily, the woman who did my facials gave me some hlpful advice. First, she reccommended using the Murad kit, which I do now and it is amazing. However, she said that if I did not have enough money, there are some home remedies. She said to wash my face with baking soda three times a day, that should help to remove and dirt. Then, once a week, puree a papaya and use it as a fruit enzyme mask... However, she said leave this on my skin NO MORE THAN thirty seconds because it can burn your skin if you leave it on too long. The point is that the enzymes in fruit help to turn over your skin so that you dont get a build up of dead skin cells. It sounds a bit odd but this lady is great; she really knows what she is talking about. Lastly, she said tthat diet is a huuuge factor. Dairy and tomato products can cause your face to break out, along with other foods, so eat nutritious meals and try to cut out carbonation. Also, wash your pillow cases a real lot, because they hold oils and your skin is touching them many hours every night. I found that to be a big one. I put on a pillow case, use the other side the next night, and then change it. Sounds nuts, but it reaaaly helped. Good luck!!
There is still no way to stop acne completely as of yet, but there are ways to stop it before it starts. One of the ways to stop acne before it starts is by adopting a daily cleansing routine. While acne is not caused by poor hygiene, it is still very important to use a wash cloth or any other material, that will help exfoliate the skin. The reason for this is because too many skin cells can be a contributing factor to acne. Do your cleansing routine twice a day and stay away from moisturizers with oil in them.
When you鈥檙e finished washing your face, use a 2% salicylic acid solution like stridex. What salicylic acid does is remove those excess skin cells that clog the pores and cause acne. If this regimen is followed daily, it will certainly reduce the number of acne breakouts that you will get.
If there is a case, in which the salicylic acid doesn鈥檛 work then use a 5% benzoyl peroxide. Don鈥檛 use any benzoyl peroxide that is over 5% because it will cause severely dry skin. The 5% benzoyl peroxide is a strong enough solution to stop acne without causing excessive dry skin or irritating the skin. If you don鈥檛 want to use benzoyl peroxide, an alternative is tea tree oil which has been proven to be just as effective as benzoyl peroxide.
The final step to this regimen is to use oil free sunscreen to protect your skin before going outside. Of all the steps mentioned, this is the most important one. Sunlight can not only damage and irritate the skin but it has also been a leading cause for skin cancer. When skin is damaged, the chances of developing acne increases.
For this regimen to work, you must do it daily, regardless of whether you have acne or not. When you exfoliate the skin by using salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and sun screen, you鈥檙e chances of developing acne are extremely low.
There are numerous alternatives to treating acne, but the effectiveness of them greatly differ. Prescribed acne medications like, Retin-A and Accutane can help slow down the acne process. Retin-A can be used without causing side effects and it also helps to reduce wrinkles and lines in the face.
good luck...
bye!
You should try placing cucumbers on your faces--its great for blackheads and pimples (it acts a a toner). Also be sure to wash your face morning and night with a mild soap/cleanser. If you do this, I think your skin will be back to normal by then. Check out http://www.realhomeremedies.com for more acne remedies and tips.

What is a popular Brand of powders make up for treat an acne.?
I'm 23 year old and I want to buy a new powder but I don't know what is good brand of powder to treat an acne .
Thank you for suggest me ^_^What is a popular Brand of powders make up for treat an acne.?
don't use that chemical crap
to treat you acne, there is a better, natural way.
if you have oily skin:
mix lemon juice with cucumber juice, apply it to your face 15 minutes twice a day, do it every day for 6 weeks
if you have dry skin:
mix lemon juice with honey, apply it to your face for 15 minutes twice daily, everyday for 6 weeks
you can continue longer if you want, but your face should be spotless by then, unless you keep aggravating your spots.
never pop a spot, in the rare event that it does burst itself, squeeze the rest out with CLEAN HANDS -- get rid of all the pus and bad blood, and then cut a slice of lime and scrub it with that.
lemon is a natural bleach and will slowly fade away blemishes
cucumber will dry the oily skin while repairing scars and holes in your face, the same with honey except it will moisturise dry skin. What is a popular Brand of powders make up for treat an acne.?

Has anyone used Tazorac or/and Clindamycin to treat acne?
How did these prducts work for you.
about how long until you saw results?
did you break out worse when you started using them?
I am using these two products as well as a 10% benzoyl bar of soap on my back. I have awful acne on my back, and my dermatologist recomended i use these products. But I have started use and my break out is worse then ever.Has anyone used Tazorac or/and Clindamycin to treat acne?
I have used both. I still use the Clindamycin Pledgets sometimes. The products worked well. The Tazorac took about a month to see some decent change. Clindamycin the same thing. Initially the Tazorac may increase the Acne as it penetrates the skin and the acne that was in the process of surfacing sort of gets ';fast forwarded';, this will eventually go away once you regularly use Tazorac. Clindamycin works similarly. But, if you are noticing the acne getting worse it is due to the Tazorac more than likely. It should subside in a week or two. Be really careful with the Tazorac as applying too much may discolor or cause a superficial burn on the skin surface. You want to apply it sparingly so you have minimum skin surface side effects.
Continue the Benzoyl bar of soap. All that benzoyl peroxide does is disinfect and dry the acne out. Just try and be patient. I know it is hard and acne can be painful along with unpleasant. But, give the medications some time to take effect.
I hope this helped.Has anyone used Tazorac or/and Clindamycin to treat acne?

Has anyone used haemafine syrup to treat there acne?
Hello, I have been reading about haemafine syrup and how its used to treat/cure acne i would like to know if anyone has tried it and if it worked? Thank u!!!Has anyone used haemafine syrup to treat there acne?
I would say this appears to be a ';snake oil'; treatment. It has too many ingredients to possibly know which one might be effective -- it's also somewhat expensive. If you have insurance, the cost of this medicine would be more than what you'd pay on a co-pay for a prescription medication, which should be certain to have some benefit against your acne. Even if you don't have insurance, many anti-acne kits can be had for the price of this medicine (that I've seen listed).
Also, acne is not a disease of the blood, and this ';medicine'; bills itself to be a ';blood purative';. I doubt you would have any beneficial effects from it.

Try Neutrogena products. They make a body wash for ';body acne';
try any of the above, but i found that it was my hair products getting on my skin that was causing the break out even though i used all kinds of gels creams and meds, so i would say use a towel to cover your back when using hair sprays and keep hair off your skin .
While acne problems are most often associated with the face, body acne is also a big problem, and in fact acne is the number one skin problem in the country, affecting all areas of the body, not just the face. Dealing with acne is often not an easy process, and the sheer number of acne relief preparations can make shopping for the right one a difficult and time consuming process.
When shopping for the best solution to the problem of body acne it is important to keep in mind that no two acne sufferers are the same. While asking family members and friends which acne medications worked best for them is a good way to start, it is important to remember that the product that worked for an older sibling or other family member may not work as well for you. Most acne sufferers will need to do a bit of experimenting to find out which products work the best. After you have determined which product or combination of products provides the most effective acne treatment and prevention, it is a good idea to keep a supply on hand in order to be able to treat future acne problems as quickly as possible.
That is because prompt treatment can make a great deal of difference when it comes to acne, and treating the problem right away can do a great deal to lessen the severity and shorten the duration of an outbreak.
The type of medication used is of course important, so as you shop around it is a good idea to get familiar with reading the ingredient labels. Knowing what exactly is in the acne medication you are considering, and knowing how effective the active ingredients are, will help you get the best value for the money. There are a number of proven acne treatment ingredients, such as benzoyl peroxide, that tend to show up in a number of different acne medications, and these tried and true products are a good thing to look for as you shop.
In addition there are a growing number of all natural acne treatment products on the market, and these natural products can be very effective as well. Some vitamin supplements, such as vitamin A and vitamin B5, have shown real promise when it comes to treating both body acne and acne of the face, so it is a good idea to become educated about these natural remedies and to determine if they are right for you.
Beyond these over the counter treatments for body acne there are a number of acne medications that are available by prescription, and these prescription medications can be quite effective. If you believe a prescription would be helpful to treat your acne it is important to consult with your family doctor to determine which medication is most appropriate.

If you get acne on your face and are currently managing it, I would suggest using the same products on your back. Benzoyl peroxide is a good anti-acne product that works for a lot of people and you can buy it over-the-counter for fairly cheap (Mary Kay's acne treatment gel is a good one). Problem is, it will bleach your clothing so you can only use it at night. I also recommend exfoliating with a loofah or body pouf.
Exfoliate the infected areas with very warm smooth cloths and hold them down on those area for about a minuet. then take two Q-tips and get someone to gently squeeze the areas- not pop them, but squeeze them gently to rid of it faster without scarring. then put on some anti biotic cream and wait for a few days. then apply some acne medication on the areas with rubbing alcohol for disinfectant and use the Q-tip method again. hopefully it will go away. it has worked for me. if it gets extreme, go to a dermatologist recommended by your doctor.

I don't have a problem with acne, but it seems to have great results on my sister who has moderate to severe acne. Her acne swelling went away overnight.
I hope this helps. =)

thank youWhat is the best food to eat when you have acne and to treat acne?
Mainly eat a nutritious diet and drink plenty of water. There are no magic foods that will help with acne.
There is some research that suggests the hormones found in dairy products and a western diet in general may be a factor, but there are many others. Hormones, heredity, greasy cosmetics, stress, humid polluted climates, irritation to the skin, chafing, and squeezing pimples all can contribute to acne.
People make all kinds of suggestions about the best thing to do to cure acne. Some cures I’ve heard include putting oatmeal, honey, lemon juice, tea tree oil, cucumber, vinegar, milk of magnesia or toothpaste on your face. Practically every cosmetics company and company that makes personal care products makes something that is a “sure cure” for acne. If we think about this, and use some common sense, we have to come to the conclusion that there is no quick or easy cure for acne, because if there was it would be well known and doctors would be telling everyone about it.
Numerous companies make a lot of money persuading people to buy products that at worst will make the acne worse, and at best may help some people a little. Often fewer products are better. People often make their acne much worse by using too many products. There really is no quick fix for acne. Don’t spend a lot of money on products just because their ads say that they will cure acne. Your doctor is the best person to ask for help, and he or she may recommend some prescription medication or non-prescription treatment that may be suitable for you..
There are some very simple and basic things you can do that cost nothing. Keep your face or any other area affected by acne very clean. Any mild antibacterial soap will help with that. Rinse the area well to remove all soap residue. Drink plenty of water – it really does help to clear up acne. Eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep. A healthy life style will make a difference. Try to reduce the stress in your life – stress contributes to acne, so also probably the more you worry about the acne and focus on it, the worse it will be.
Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.

What is the best food to eat when you have acne and to treat acne?
although the food you eat wont cure your acne..there are certain foods which will be good for your health and complexion over all
aim to drink 2 litres or 8 glasses of water everyday..fruit and veg are also very good as everyone else will tell you! lol
i have heard though that you should avoid milk because it makes acne worse? im not sure how true it is but its what i've heard
try to avoid foods with too much grease becasue thats just bad for you in general
i'm not an expert i've just learnt this from experience! a good diet makes you feel healthier overall! good luck xx
live with it alot of ppl get it i had it and was terrible embarrased the fact is you wont have it for ever and 9/10 you have this at school and 9/10 you wont ever see the people from school ever again if it bothers you that much just grow your fringe long and cover it thats what i did :/
Good luck
i am afraid that there is not really any evidence that diet makes any real difference. The problem is basically hormonal. Your antibiotics and cleanser should do the trick but it often takes a while and treatment needs to be prolonged.
Eat lots of fruit and veg and drink plenty of water. Tea tree is a really good cure for acne and a lot more gentle than some of the other products on the market.skin care cosmetics
and i kno that the food obviously wont treat the acne but i am on tablets and clearsil ultra face wash which is rubbish what is better than clearasil ultra i heard oxy 10 was good anyway what food should i be eating which is related to help treating acne and spots
thank youWhat is the best food to eat when you have acne and to treat acne?

What is the best stuff to treat spots and acne?
Hello
i was just wondering what is the best stuff to treat face acne and spots i went the doctors and he gave me some oxytetracycline which i take 4 times a day he told me i get it because i sweat a lot and that is because i go the gym mostly everyday,
So i need to know what else could help treat my spots
Thank youWhat is the best stuff to treat spots and acne?
The doctors is the best place bc they have the most amazing treatments =] so you did the right thing by going there. shame your not a girl cos then you could go on the contraceptive pill and that reduces spots...
hmm well what about if you just continue using what you are cos lets face it, spots are hormonal. you will grow out of it eventually like us all *touch wood*
for now just keep clean, exfoliate after gym and this should get rid of the sweat and dead skin cells that lead to spotties.
god luck and take it easy =] xWhat is the best stuff to treat spots and acne?
Generally acne responds well to an oral antibiotic in conjunction with something topical for the skin. With regards to sweating..as long as you clean your face with an antibacterial cleanser (also available on prescription) and generally keep your skin clear, you shouldn't find it to be an issue. When you have been to the gym, always shower afterwards.Heat and sweat creates an ideal breeding ground for bacteria.
101E Acne Getaway. Chinese herbal remedy.
www.springherb.co.uk
There are also a lot of people selling it on Ebay.
Just put it on cotton wool and wipe over affected areas twice a day and leave for 10 mins before you use any other moisturiser etc.
Try it for a few months, apparently a 6 month course prevents acne from returning. I haven't had any acne after using this for about 3 months and I just use it occasionally now if I get a bit of a flare up.
Hiya,
Dab the spots, etc, with a ball of cotton wool soaked in a saturated salt solution.
Make it as hot as you can stand and try and do it 3 times a day.
This method is also very good for cold sores.

Don't touch your face, when was the last time you cleaned your pillow cases? If you don't keep up with that, that can really break your face out. Just some non drug ideas.

How do I treat acne ?
I am in my mid-thirties and now am getting acne! What is a good acne treatment? How do I treat acne ?
I have always used the old standbys- regular Noxema to wash, and Oil of Olay with SPF 15 to moisturize. I have been doing this for years, and it helps me.
One of my daughters though has had some real problems with acne- to the point that this did not help, and we went to dermatologists, etc and truied many prescription meds. We had no success with the creams, antibiotic and sulfer washes, anything they prescribed. Believe it or not... that Proactive kit they sell on Tv has really done wonders for her skin. I mean, its been less than a week now, and her skin looks so much clearer, we are amazed at the improvement. It has been well worth the money. How do I treat acne ?
Clinque 3 step system. twice daily
wash your face daily
Not many people know that the oil gland that creates oil on the face is located in middle part of the back of the neck. (You will feel a small indentation were the oil gland is located.) If you use Sea Breeze astringent on a cotton pad or ball, and clean this 2 to 4 times a day. Also use Sea Breeze Cleanser in the morning and the evening. This treatment has worked for so many people. Myself included.
Good Luck and the secret is keep doing it. It will help get control of the oil gland.
You need to keep to a daily routine including the 5 essential steps to skin care which are cleansing, exfoliating, toning, moisturizing, and protecting.
Try using TimeWise庐 3-In-1 Cleanser (combination to oily) which takes care of the first three steps to healthy skin. Follow up with TimeWise庐 Age-Fighting Moisturizer (combination to oily) every day, morning and night. Then use a medium coverage foundation (noncomedogenic = won't clog pores, hypoallergenic = goes through strict allergy testing).
Those are the basic steps, but you can also try TimeWise庐 Microdermabrasion Set twice a week after you cleanse, before you moisturize. This will exfoliate deep down, past your acne, to reveal your smooth skin.
What's so great about all the TimeWise庐 products is that it takes care of the basic steps, but also has patenting age-fighting ingredients to makes your skin look younger!
If acne still persists, you can throw in the Blemish Control Toner 3 or Acne Treatment Gel, which you would use after the 3-in-1 cleanser. ALWAYS moisturize after you cleanse! If you don't, your pores will produce extra oils to compensate which will then clog your pores and cause more pimples.

No! The safest anti-acne chemical to use on the face is either benzyl peroxide or Salicylic acid.
nooo that wouldnt be such a good idea. im guessing you have quite oily skin if youre considering this...try the clearasil ultra range. the gel face wash and that little rapid treatment cream or sumtin. it works i bought both of them 3 days ago and like it ses on the box my skin is getting clearer. well none of my spots stick out anymore, they arent as big, theyre not sore any more, ther not as red...ther r jst some tiny red ones and now its better because my foundation looks great and covers the few spots that ther r up rele well cos ther flat. hope this helped..

Well i hope this helps you and good luck with what ever you end up trying.
proactive solution. i have genetic acne and its the only thing that has ever worked for me. try this site http//www.proactiv-us.com/
go tothe dermitologist, thats what I do
dermatologist to diagnose could be roseaca or other things not true acne..
in meantime don't over wash. dont use fragrance or smells in soaps.use a cleanser like cetaphil or generic if sensitive. once a week or so mask and scrub sy ives apricot scrub cheep ad good.. masks-oatmeal cucumber more cheep and good freeman brand .
mudd brand mud mask. dab thick small circle over new pimples over night to absorb oils on individual pimples. rinse with cool water and gently help scrub off with wash cloth in the am.
steam the pores once per week. put boiling water in a bowl to not burn you. and put a big towel over your face and the bowl if feels too too hot..it is. wait.
if you get a lot of oil in the day.. witch hazel and cotton puffs to remove. avoid eye area.
keep hands and hair oils off face.
ahh, to be a teen again!

Try to take life easily, i know sometimes it's hard but you gotta try, for my stress, excercise wipes it all out, and it usually does for a lot of people so think about it.
Well i hope this helps you and good luck with what ever you end up trying.

Well, I have tried the Neutrogena's Orange Oil Free Wash, and for me, didn't work so well. But of course, it varies among the person's skin. I use this cream called Benza Clin, and personally I think it works very well. However, you'd have to get it prescribed by a doctor.

This should actually work, infact the lemon juice should work on its own, just make sure that when you wash off you get rid of all residues, best way is aftershave or perfum (alcohol based)Is this is a good way to treat my acne?
Whiteheads are difficult to remove by yourself and you shouldn't remove them yourself...it must be treated by a dermatologist. Your dermatologist will just prick those and give you a regimen to take home.
you can also use a keratolytic...tretinoin...but it's still best to visit your dermatologistskin care cosmetics

Does ProActive really treat acne problems?
I've had acne since late November 2008, and I still have them! I was wondering if ProActive really work?
If not, which product should I buy?Does ProActive really treat acne problems?
I couldn't tell myself. I tried the sample back. I didn't see any change. The main problem is that once you sign up for a sample, you're signed up to their club. Then they want you to pay for the next shipment if you want it or not. Don't mess with proactive, they'll get you with the small print and technicalities.
Try showering twice a day: once in the morning, once in the evening. See a dermatologist and they can prescribe acne pills.Does ProActive really treat acne problems?
ProActive does NOT work. First, I would talk to your doctor because mine prescribed some cream and some little pills to kill the bacteria in your skin. But, I also started using AcneFree and that stuff really works. But it all depends on your skin type. I would really just talk to your doctor. And it WILL take time. I had a talk with my doctor around September and my face is STILL recovering. But for the most part I dont have acne anymore. Just some scarring.
Hope this helped my friend :]
If you have severe acne, I'd actually suggest seeing a dermatologist (or just regular doctor) about it. They might want to put you on a prescription medicine.
ProActiv does work for most people who have tried it. It makes your skin kind of red at first (which makes your acne look worse) but after a few days, you should see some signs of improvement. It wont magically look better, but after a week, some of the redness around your acne should go away, and you definitely shouldnt have any MORE breakouts. And if any of your breakouts are inflamed, swollen, etc. it should improve that.
well I tried proactive for a a few months and yes it helped a little bit but for me i started using the wave twice a day and the small bottle of proactive and on the weekends i use this stuff called zap it, this is the best way i have ever cleared my face i have had acne since the 5th grade and now i'm going to be a freshman and im very happy so i wish you all the luck :)

What is the best product to treat acne and oily skin?
The products that don't cost a fortune please! :DWhat is the best product to treat acne and oily skin?
I personally find that Clearasil or St Ives work..use Cetaphil as a mositurizing lotion before using Clearasil.
Clearasil is about $10 ( I think)
And Cetaphil ranges around those figures too.
http://www.cetaphil.com.au/What is the best product to treat acne and oily skin?
My sister has the same issue and I introduced her to dermalogica products. They do ranges for all sorts of skin including acne. It's more expensive than Clearasil but I think it's a more gentle product (I don't know that for sure though).
My sister found it's the only thing that really works for her. But it's important to see a dermalogica professional to get the right combination of products. They do sample ranges also so you can test it out with a small amount of product before buying.
BTW sometimes you get oily skin with acne because of the use of harsh products on the acne. Some products strip the skin of its natural oils so then the skin will over-compensate by producing more oils, thus getting into a vicious cycle. It can really help acne to try to break this cycle. Some experts believe that it's important to only use natural mineral oil products on skin as oil used in some products is derived from petrolchemicals and they are no good for the skin.
However, as I said, try dermalogica - I think their products work really well and so does my sister.

How do you treat acne?
Well, acne is not pleasant. Please answer with the best of your knowledge about treating acne. Thanks. How do you treat acne?
LoveMusic, I started having really bad acne problems beginning when I was 13. I had acne on my shoulders that was embarrasing. I tried Proactiv, Murad, Aceneticin, and even the Asso Gold Cleaning Bar with limited results. I ended up contacting a local dermatologist. After 5 months almost all of my acne cleared up. I recommed you try differnent products until you find one that works for your body type. http://www.goodinternetdeals.com/Acne.htmlHow do you treat acne?
You should give tea tree oil a shot. I had mild acne for a while and even tho I washed my face every night I still had acne. So I used tea tree oil and within a week my acne was pretty much gone except for a few spots here and there, which will fade soon too.
Tea tree oil can be used for any skin type even if you have very sensitive skin. And in that case I would dilute the oil with either water or aloe vera gel, which you can get at any drug store.
There are only two downsides to tea tree oil and that is that the smell is pretty strong, and it can dry out your skin a little, which can be taken care of by using a moisturizer.
The oil can be found in any drugstore/grocery store/health store in the same isle as the finger nail polish remover for about $6. There are many different kinds but you can get whatever brand as long as it says 100% tea tree oil.
Here is what I do.
Every night before I go to bed until the acne or acne scars are gone
I dip a q tip into the tea tree oil and dab it onto the acne or acne scars.
There is no need to rinse it off, and if you are prone to dry skin, in the morning when you wake up you might want to moisturize your skin.
If you have any more questions there are many websites about this product, or feel free to ask me.

Can drinking more water help treat acne?
My mom told me this... I've heard that acne isn't caused by what we eat, but can drinking more water help get rid of it??Can drinking more water help treat acne?
Try the source below. It discusses the benefit of drinking water for skin. Can drinking more water help treat acne?
Well, I read an article, I forgot where. Anyways in late childhood, teen, and young adulthood having a lot of dairy products causes acne. So, I drink water at school, during classes. I HATE milk, I have a little acne on my forehead becuase I touch it with my hands, and I eat A LOT of macaroni %26amp; cheese. That's as much dairy as I get. First, wash you face with plain water every morning and night for week without touching your face. See what happens after that, if pimples are still there, go to Walgreens; and pick up some Neutrogena.
Yes. Drinking water hydrates the skin.
Also sugary foods cause acne.

There are two types of acne scar, the first one is caused by an increase in tissue formation, and the second type of acne scar is caused by a loss of tissue.
An acne scar caused by an increase in tissue formation is a hypertrophic scar and is associated with excessive amounts of collagen.
Overproduction of collagen is associated with injury to the skin. It is a direct response of the skin to injury. Excessive collagen forms fibrous masses which results in typical acne scar.
A drug recommended by many dermatologists for the worst cases of acne scars is Accutane. It is the wonder drug of the 21st century to prevent acne scarring in acne sufferers.
Accutane is a very controversial drug to use as it can cause birth defects. Doctors caution that you should always check whether you're pregnant or liable to be pregnant before commencing a course.
well, you may never get rid of them completely, but Vitamin E helps heal scars. and the newer the scar, the better chance of it going away. try Mederma, or another Vitamin E cream. i got hit by an elbow in cheerleading just above my eyebrow and had to get stitches so i had a scar there and i've been using Mederma on it and it seems to be helping. i also tore my achilles tendon a few years back (damn cheerleading! lol) which i had to get surgery for and i used Mederma on that too. it was a pretty big scar and you can hardly even see it now. make sure to put it on every day though.
You have got scars on your face because you pricked them . Don't worry .You may find some cream for that .But i don't agree with that .It may take time to disappear completely .Take care of your skin as before and eat vegetables more than in the past .Just patient! How can I treat my Acne Scars?
vitamin E

There are two types of acne scar, the first one is caused by an increase in tissue formation, and the second type of acne scar is caused by a loss of tissue.
An acne scar caused by an increase in tissue formation is a hypertrophic scar and is associated with excessive amounts of collagen.
Overproduction of collagen is associated with injury to the skin. It is a direct response of the skin to injury. Excessive collagen forms fibrous masses which results in typical acne scar.

Rosehip seed oil and lavender oil are also effective in removing acne scars. These are an anti-ageing and anti-wrinkling agent that helps the skin to regenerate. Massage this oil on the scar twice a day.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-acne.blogspot.com/ for a few home made tips to heal acne .How do I treat my acne scars?
This may be more severe than you want, but dermabrasion is an affective way to reduce acne scarring. Masks and so on won't make a difference to scarring in the long term, they may make your skin seem better for a while, but won't get rid of the problem. If your scars aren't deep, and you don't want to go for any heavy treatments, you could invest in a good concealer, as acne scarring is much easier to cover than acne.
Pineapple juice has a good amount of ascorbic acid which acts as a good bleach for the skin, so when applied often and washed after 10 or 15 minutes help a great deal in reducing acne, pimple scars. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/

What is the best order to treat my acne?
I wash my face with soap
I have acne free, I apply all three steps
I then have a facial cleansing pads
I have baking soda mixed with water
Should I use all those steps? What order should I use them? What is the best order to treat my acne?
Try just using straight Lubriderm after you wash. What is the best order to treat my acne?
If you use that much stuff you will dry out your face and ultimately make your acne worse. I don't really have much experience with acne treatment, because I have good skin without washing my face. I do know that soap and homemade treatments aren't the best. I recommend using a nice Neutrogena acne treatment or Noxema. Find something that works for you, because everybody has different skin types.

Just use the soap, all those other things will just irratate it. If acne is bad, go to dermatologist. I used a lot of things and got terrible, went to dermatologist and 2 years later, I only have the occasional pimple.
I had the same problem. There is a lot of junk out there - but I found this stuff that got rid of my
acne in 3 days..... Here is the review I found on it..

What is a simple method to treat my acne?
I have alot of acne on my face
and nothing is working
what should i do!What is a simple method to treat my acne?
Hey
There are some great ways that can help you .
check these helpful methods that helped me to get rid of my acne:
Water
Drink a lot of water every day. Aim to drink at least two liters of still mineral water. If the skin becomes dehydrated, dead skin cells are not effectively shed, which can lead to blocked pores and further acne.
Sunshine and fresh air
Sunshine stimulates the creation of vitamin D in your body - an important vitamin for healthy skin. A little bit of fresh air and sunshine every day will also reduce the stress and increase oxygen to your skin. Even when it's overcast, the sun's rays reach us, so it's very good to take a light walk outside every day.
Reduce your intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates
New research pointing the finger at diet - eating refined carbohydrates (white bread, pasta, rice, flour etc) and sugar leads to a surge in insulin and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. This in turn leads to an excess of male hormones, which encourage the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum. This grease-like substance encourages the growth of bacteria responsible for acne.
Refined carbs/sugar = more insulin = more hormones = more sebum (oil) = more bacteria = more acne
Your bed sheets
Keep your bed sheets clean. Wash your pillow case on a regular schedule to reduce the transfer of your natural body oils.
Wash your face
Wash your face just one time a day. Don't over wash , because that will cause only more production of oil on your skin. another option is to use very gentle cleansers for normal skin that don't dehydrate the skin and wash twice a day.
Anyhow, don't go out and buy those magical acne free in 24 hours pills that are offered all over the place, they just don't work and you will waste hundreds of dollars for nothing.
Why not? Well, because it takes time to get rid of acne and you will need at least one week to see any noticeable results. There is absolutely no way to get rid of your acne in 24 hours.
If you really want to cure your acne there are two recommended methods that should combined together (if you can afford it) for best results.
Firstly and more important, you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that's causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief.
There are only few recommended Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to cure your acne from the inside.
Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their books they share their valuable knowledge with other acne sufferers. In any case, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value.

The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin.
There are hundreds of acne skin care products available in the market right now and it's not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results.
When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are:
ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others.

Don't give up, acne is something that can be cure, good luck...What is a simple method to treat my acne?
One of the common myths about acne is that it's caused by having dirty skin. Because of that, people tend to overwash in an attempt to clear it away, which only irritates the acne. Tea tree oil is a popular natural remedy and there's an article on that here:
http://hubpages.com/hub/Tea-Tree-Oil-for-Acne-Skin-Care-Treatment
But from what I've read, the real cause of acne is not on the skin. It's internal issues that no amount of topical solutions can address. Here's a company that's been around for years and can show you how to address it naturally: http://tinyurl.com/nagdm6
Hope this helps! I struggled with it for years.
Don't touch your face.
Keep it clean, and after washing when you dry it, just gently pat it DON'T rub it, this irritates your skin further.
Try applying toothpaste on them, the white, non gel kind, I've heard it works wonders.
Also, if your skin is oily, cut a tomato in half, rub it onto your face, leave for 15 minutes, then wash off.
Hope this helps! :)
drink only water! and no greasy foods! and wash your face day and night with Neutrogena
