I have found a drying agent that has sulfur in it works best. Try looking up Bye Bye Blemish drying lotion at your local beauty supply. It has worked for my kids well.Whats the best home remedy to treat acne?
If you want a safe, easy way to treat acne, use Biore products. Just go to Target and look at the Biore skin products and look for the acne clearing one. Biore is in a green box and it is pretty cheap. I would use one of their heating products. Another great product is cetaphil. It is about 10$ for the face wash. Tell her to wash her face 2 times a day with the Cetaphil face wash. The acne will clear up in a few weeks. Another choice is proactive. Look it up on the internet or watch for the commercials and call the number on the screen. I'm not sure how much it is but it is probably not very cheap. I've known people to use it and their acne clears up in a week.
I've heard that the Xeno device that you can buy at most drug stores works. It aplies heat to the pimple and kills the bacteria that causes it. I think they are about $99.

It stands to reason that a lot of heat would accomplish the same thing, though maybe not as effectively. If you don't want to buy one, maybe try hot towel on her face for about thirty minutes each day.

When I was a teenager, we lived on the coast and I really think that the constant saltwater exposure was what kept mine under control. I've never read anything about this, but it seems logical.
I used tea tree oil and lavender oil they have such strong antibacterial porperties no nasty bacteria stand a chance of making my face all blotchy lool.....
home remedies will get you nowhere. go to the doctor and get a perscription for differin or vitamin a cream.
